Using dedicated LDPE raw materials and a 35+35 twin-screw configuration, it successfully achieved stable production across an ultra-wide range, from a minimum blown film width of 80mm to a maximum of 500mm. This single machine covers everything from narrow-width small films to wide-width packaging films, representing a significant performance upgrade!
The tested model was an LDPE Film Blowing Machine, featuring a dual-screw design with 35mm screws, specifically designed for flexible packaging films and small-sized film rolls. During debugging, the equipment accurately and stably blew out an ultra-narrow 80mm film bubble, with a uniform film surface, stable thickness, and no deviation or vibration.
